Thrust ball bearings are divided into one-way thrust ball bearings and two-way thrust ball bearings, two-way thrust ball bearings - two-way thrust ball bearings with self-aligning racers, one-way thrust ball bearings - thrust ball bearings with self-aligning racers. Bidirectional thrust ball bearings include a shaft ring, two seat rings and two steel ball-cage assemblies. The bearing is separate and each part can be installed independently. Two-way bearings and one-way bearings use the same shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball-cage assembly.

In order for the bearing to operate well, thrust ball bearings, like all ball bearings and roller bearings, must withstand a certain minimum load, especially at high speeds or high accelerations, or when the load direction changes rapidly. Under these operating conditions, the inertial force of the ball and cage and the friction in the lubricant will have an adverse effect on the rolling motion of the bearing. Sliding motions between the ball and the raceway that are damaging to the bearing may occur. Higher minimum loads may be required when starting at low temperatures or when the lubricant viscosity is high. The weight supported by the bearing, plus external forces, especially in vertical shaft conditions, usually exceeds the required minimum load, and preloading must be applied, such as using springs.

Q:What's your after-sales service and warranty?
A: We promise to bear the following responsibilities when defective products were found:

A: Yes, we provide ODM&OEM services to worldwide customers, we also customize OEM box and packing as your requirements.

Q:What's the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

Q:How long is the lead time?
A: The lead time for sample orders is 3-5 days, for bulk orders is 5-15 days.
